What you expect at our sites

Rates are based on double occupancy.

Late policy:  YOU DON”T PAY / YOU DON’T STAY.  No exceptions.  No refunds leaving early, breaking the law or the rules. If payments not received by 12:00pm of 1st day due, one must leave or be towed out. 

 CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00 PM.  You must update your status by 11:00 am.

 

Office hours

Office hours vary.  Generally the office hours are 4 pm to 6 pm.  For emergencies, call the manager as noted on the office door, or call (504)615-2333.  No smoking is allowed in the office, lounge, bathrooms or laundry areas.

 

RV’s and REGISTERING

RV’s over 10 years old must be inspected prior to check in.  To register, you MUST carry a valid driver’s license.  Anyone driving on Plantation Pines RV Resort property must also carry a valid driver’s license. 

 

GUEST POLICIES

Visitors are welcome.  However to assure security to all our registered guests we require that visitors must check in first at the office.  There is a $4.00 per day rate for each additional person.  Guests leaving early will not be refunded.  Absolutely no more than 3 guests per unit.

What you get for the money

 

Water, Sewer and Electric Hookups, with 30/50 amps available.

Most sites have Extended Cable TV hookup also....extended cable means over 50 channels with ESPN, all news channels and more!

A clubhouse with laundrymat, office &  hot showers in an air conditioned environment.

The entire park is an internet wireless hotspot. 

Most sites are shady, or close to shady trees.  We have purposely laid our sites out to avoid as much as possible people on top of one another...a problem at so many other places. 

We go the extra mile to keep all sites clean at all times...in addition to the facilities in the clubhouse.
