RV’s and REGISTERING
RV’s over 10 years old must be inspected prior to check in. To register, you MUST carry a valid driver’s license. Anyone driving on Plantation Pines RV Resort property must also carry a valid driver’s license.
GUEST POLICIES
Visitors are welcome. However to assure security to all our registered guests we require that visitors must check in first at the office. There is a $4.00 per day rate for each additional person. Guests leaving early will not be refunded.
GARBAGE & TRASH
Place all trash in plastic bags and dispose of it in the dumpster. Keep your campsite clean. No littering. No clotheslines or tents in RV area. No grey water allowed on grounds. Please do not drop cigarette butts, paper or beer cans, etc. on the ground. Fire permitted on grills only.
STORAGE
Items stored under trailer must be in approved containers, (Rubbermaid type containers). At NO time is trash, children’s toys, car parts, bicycles to be left out in the park around trailers, etc.
Storage of vehicles is in designated areas only. Additional vehicles, trailers and boats may be stored at
PETS
Pets must be kept inside or on a 6’ leash. Do not leave pets unattended outside. Pick up after your pet. Keep pet quiet. If pet owner leaves the park the pet must be put inside of the RV. No pets allowed in the mobile homes. Types of dogs NOT permitted in this park: Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, Dalmatians and pure bred German Shepherds. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse or in the pool area.
POOL RULES
Parents must accompany children. Parents are responsible for actions and safety of children. Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool is for registered, paying guests only. Pool hours are from
No lifeguard on duty. Use the Buddy system. No glass allowed in the pool area. No alcoholic beverages, glass containers or ice chests allowed in the pool area. All drinks must be kept in the picnic area across from the pool. No running or horseplay on the pool deck. Anyone not following the pool rules will be asked to leave.
BE a GOOD NEIGHBOUR
The speed limit is 5 MPH inside the park.
No parking on the grass or any other activity that would be destructive to the grass. Alcoholic beverages must be confined to camper’s assigned space, and specific areas as designated by management. No children permitted to ride bicycles or walk around the park without adult supervision after
Absolutely no repairs to RV’s or motor vehicle modifications are allowed inside the park. No generators please. No loud music after
We do not tolerate drug use, sale and exchange of illegal drugs on this property. If we discover drug use &/or observe inappropriate behavior such as disturbing the peace, harassment of anyone, drunk and disorderly behavior, the offending party will be reported to the police, and immediately asked to leave the park permanently.
Because we welcome everyone to our park, sometimes there are those who wish to act inappropriately. We do not welcome people who want to be drunk and disordely, messy, and generally bother other people in the park who pay for a decent place to stay.
As such to serve the interests of greater good, we have zero toleration for the intolerable.
What we at Plantation Pines RV Resort LLC will do:
1.Provide a written receipt every time.
2.Show you where the facilities are, and answer any questions about the area.
3.Help you set up you RV for $25.00. – This will include help with sewer, water and electric.
4.Hold mail or packages for you, and deliver them to you when we can.
5.Help with general business needs – the occasional fax, phone call, and a place to put your business cards in the clubhouse.
